Many many Milestones

So we have had many many many milestones lately. Josh has cut a tooth, going from laying down to the sit up position on his own, took steps while holding onto my hands, SCREAMS DA-DA. He has just become so alive it seems.
This morning I went in his room to wake him up to get ready to leave for Daycare and he was sitting up in his crib! My eyes were so wide!

Had a small scare yesterday thought Josh had the Chicken Pox...Jaime I need your phone #! Anyway I was picking Josh up early from Daycare to take him to the pedi to get the 2nd flu shot well when I picked him up the Daycare person informed me that 20 minutes ago these red dots appeared. I swear they looked like chicken pox. Well I called the pedi and asked them to switch the appointment from a nurse appointment to a Dr appointment. Told them why and they did so. The Dr looked at him and at a glance he thought it was chicken pox too but after examining he noticed it was a rash/hives seems josh has something viral and his reaction to the virus ended up with a rash. no fever. no irratablility...Josh did go from 13lbs 13oz on 9/21 to 15lbs and 1oz yesterday 10/24. YEAH for weight gain (I think 1lbs 4oz). So we were advised to get some benedryl and give 1/2 tsp to him every 4 hours till the rash goes away. and tylenol if needed.
So that is my scare.
Then I came home to find my beautiful new Carseat (Evenflo Tribute) was on my door step. I got this baby brand new on ebay for $43.45 with shipping included in the price! Josh LOVES IT!

Well off to tackle traffic!

WOW!

OK so it has been forever since I have posted. Things have been hectic. Then in the end I get a very bad Stomach Flu!
Everyone is doing well. Plan to go next weekend to Frightland where during the day they do hayrides and family fun stuff it is at night when it is SCARY! Our friend Rob and his family will be joining us.
Kaley(my sis) came home for a few days this week for her fall break. She really has been busting her butt this semester I think.
My SIL has informed us that she and BIL will be undergoing Fertility treatments...Will see how that goes.
Joey has been working his butt off with later hours S-W when he gets home it is pitch black out there, but it pays the bills.
Update on Josh's Growth:
On 9/21 Josh had his 6 month appointment and weighed in at a whopping 13lbs. 13oz (not charting) is 25 1/2 inches long and is just growing growing growing. He HATED the shots...never heard him cry so HARD! That weekend Josh started sitting up on his own...YEAH!

He has really discovered Rex (our pug) and loves to watch and laugh at him. Sometimes I am in the kitchen and I hear Josh just cracking up I go in the room and see Josh looking at the dog laughing at him while he is playing with his doggie toys.

Sometime last week Josh started getting up on his hands and knees and scooting sometimes he goes from hands and knees to hands and feet.

We bought one of Josh's Christmas presents last night the Amazing Animals Sing & Go Choo Choo. Joey's Dad is getting his the Little Super-Star Sing-Along Stage and I want to get him the Fisher Price Stride-to-Ride Lion. There are other things too but those are the biggies.

Our trip is coming up soon. Josh and I are going with my parents to Alabama too see my family down there...Joey has to work! Looking forward to the trip. We are flying.

We got Josh his Tigger costume for Haloween...Too cute

Josh had his 1st trip to the park and had fun in the baby swing.

That is a whirlwind update for everyone. Hopefully I will have some good weeks coming up and can keep up on the blog better.
